Reverend Tim Hickey, C.S.Sp., was named executive director of the Office of Mission and Identity in 2003. He is charged with creating greater awareness on campus and throughout the region of Duquesne's philosophy of educating the mind, heart, and spirit. As a vital member of the leadership team, he works to ensure that the Spiritan values outlined in the mission statement are integrated into campus life.

Fr. Hickey also serves as vice chairman of the Corporation of Duquesne University. He is a member of the Provincial Council of the Spiritans USA East and a member of the executive committee of Duquesne University's Board of Directors.
